Ambassadors Committee
The Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber's Ambassadors Committee is a membership outreach program. This committee actively helps Chamber members get involved and utilize Chamber benefits. Ambassadors are responsible for greeting, directing and facilitating networking among members at various Chamber functions.
The committee aims to:
- assist members in obtaining maximum value from their Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber investment.
- maintain a two-way communication link between the Chamber and its members.
- retain existing members.
Members should join this committee if they are interested in assisting other members in gaining the maximum membership benefit.
The benefit for an Ambassador is that you are one of the first members to meet new members and member organizations. In addition, Ambassadors have the benefit of shaping the membership of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber.
The target audience (in terms of recruiting new Ambassadors) is those members with a thorough working knowledge of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber’s benefits, programs, etc. Ambassadors should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
