GenNEXT Programs

Simply stated, our goal is to position our members to become genuinely vested in the future of Tech Valley.

How do we make this happen?

We structure our programs to provide a forum for young professionals to share their thoughts with government, community and business leaders on a wide range of economic development initiatives.

For example,

• We recently held a panel discussion with some of the area’s top human resources executives to generate discussion on how the local HR community is working to attract, retain and engage the emerging leaders of Generation X.
• We introduce members to sitting board members from the area’s nonprofit organizations.
• Our targeted networking events allow our members to develop relationships with a wide range of people, all of whom are involved in enhancing our business climate and making our neighborhoods better places to live.
