Benefits Manager Assistance
The Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber offers opportunities for members, their employees and employee dependents to purchase health insurance plans such as medical, dental and prescription.
In the Health Insurance Benefit Manager, you will be able to view the health plans offered, eligibility and enrollment requirements and process, monthly rates and invoicing/billing procedures.
Based on your company's status (member or non-member, corporation or sole proprietor), please choose from one of the categories below. You will then be directed to login information for the Health Insurance Benefit Manager.
- A corporation is defined as a company with two or more employees.
- A sole proprietor is defined as a company with one employee.
CURRENT CHAMBER MEMBER AND ENROLLED IN HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE
CURRENT CHAMBER MEMBER BUT NOT ENROLLED IN HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE
NOT A CURRENT CHAMBER MEMBER
Member Company Enrolled in Coverage
As a member company – either a corporation or sole proprietor – enrolled in coverage, you should have received a letter with your group name, user name and password.
If you have received this letter, use this information to log into the Health Insurance Benefit Manager.
If you have NOT received this letter, call (518) 431-1419 and select option 1.
Member Company Not Enrolled in Coverage or Non-Member Company
If you are a member company but not enrolled for health benefits or your company is not a member of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber, you may review the health plan options by locating the appropriate regional login information for your company.
Once you have located the correct region, click on the link: Go to Health Insurance Benefit Manager. On the login page, enter the group name, user name and password for your region.
You may request specific health plan information by downloading the Health Plan Information Request Form and faxing it to (518) 431-1402. You may also call (518) 431-1419 and select option 1.

- Click on the "Plans" button.
- Click on button for the actual plan(s) you wish to review.
- For additional information, click "Information Request/Inquiry."
Member Sole Proprietor Not Enrolled in Coverage or Non-Member Sole Proprietor
If you are a sole proprietor who is a member of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber but not enrolled for health benefits or you are a sole proprietor but not a member of the Chamber, you may review the health plan options by locating the appropriate regional login information for your business.
