Vision Plans

Vision coverage is sometimes overlooked, but is very important in detecting the early signs of serious medical conditions.

The Chamber is pleased to offer members an exciting, new vision plan by Empire BlueCross, Blue View Vision. Blue View Vision — one of the most flexible vision plans you’ll see — can give your employees coverage to help maintain healthy eyes, while giving you coverage to help maintain a healthy bottom line.

Along with excellent benefits, the plan features competitive rates and one of the largest networks in the state including many national retailers.

This plan is avaliable to all Chamber members and can be offered as a stand-alone product.

Included benefits are coverage for dependents to age 19 and full time students to age 23, discounts for Lasik eye surgery as well as a 40% discount off extra pairs of glasses.

Individual monthly premium: $7.42
Husband/Wife monthly premium: $14.84
Parent with Child/Children monthly premium: $13.36
Family monthly premium: $22.26
