Programming Committee
The Programming Committee develops, plans, and implements programs and events. The goal of this committee is to plan a blend of professional development and social networking gatherings to accommodate the broad interests of the membership and support the overall mission of GenNEXT.

Membership/Marketing Committee
The Membership/Marketing Committee will assist with the primary development of strategies to attract and retain GenNEXT members. Committee members serve as ambassadors, making each member feel welcomed. They also work to maintain a clear brand identity using social networking sites.

Mentorship Committee
The Mentorship Committee develops and executes the Executive Mentorship program. This program connects ambitious, young professionals with seasoned, high-level business executives charged with supporting them in their professional and personal development.
