If you're the kind of person who is eager to participate in programming and promoting the interests, themes and mission of the WBC, then the Program Committee is the place for you. As its title implies, the Program Committee is responsible for planning, scheduling and implementing the WBC's monthly topics and speakers. Working in close cooperation with the Chamber Liaison, the committee plans WBC topics and formats several months in advance.
Most of Program Committee's work occurs at the meetings, so attendance is important. There may be some minimal time spent between meetings on follow up phone calls and/or emails. As a member of Program Committee, you may be asked to act as meeting moderator. This is a wonderful way to meet other members and to make you more recognizable to the WBC membership body.Co-chair Contacts:

If you are creative and enjoy writing, editing, and graphic design, look no further – you've found the perfect committee! The WBC offers its members a quarterly newsletter, Breaking Glass. Committee members review the upcoming edition and sign up for future editorial and writing assignments for the various columns. Being on the newsletter committee is an opportunity to network and increase your
business exposure with other Chamber members by volunteering to write, edit, interview members or assist with the social marketing. Even if you don't love to write, being on the Newsletter committee gives members opportunities to interact with other members on a regular basis and helps develop and strengthen business relationships.
