China 2010
Whether you made the trip yourself or you’ve heard from those who did, China is the adventure of a lifetime. For the third time in as many years, the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber is once again embarking on a nine-day all inclusive trip in October to experience the wonders of China. This time the trip will feature a visit to the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
The cost of the trip for Chamber members is just $1,999 per person (double occupancy). Non-members will be charged an additional $100.
The Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber is sponsoring this trip in cooperation with Citslinc International, Inc., a company with 29 years of experience in the China tour business.

Deposit, passport & visa
A nonrefundable deposit of $200 for Chamber members and $300 for non-members is required at the time of registration. Full payment is due before August 15, 2010. Download a registration form or pick one up at the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber office at One Computer Drive South in Albany.
Passport and travel visa are required. Securing or updating a passport is the traveler’s responsibility. Travelers may obtain their own visas or the Chamber will handle the visa application process for a $160 fee. Download a visa application form. This form contains Chinese language characters that may not be read by older versions of Adobe Acrobat. Waiver and Release of Liability Forms

Travel Insurance
After September 1, 2010 there is a $500 cancellation fee – imposed by the airlines. Post departure Travel Guard Insurance is provided for all passengers upon purchase of the trip. Please note that this insurance provides coverage while traveling. It does not cover you prior to departure provided you need to cancel. We suggest you look into obtaining alternative insurance which would cover you in case of cancellation.
